About the Teacher

Ms. Mixon has over 22 years of experience in education within the state of Mississippi. She has been an employee of DeSoto County Schools since 2008.  Her mathematical teaching experience includes middle school math, high school math, and special education. Her degrees include a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Master's in Education degree from Delta State University.
