HLMS offering FREE tutoring for our HLMS students after school on Mondays and Wednesdays beginning February 2nd! Tutoring will be from 3:00 pm to 4:45 pm with each student being picked up no later than 5:00 pm each day. Snacks will be provided.
Our focus will be on English/Language Arts and Math; however, if your child needs support in 8th grade Science, we will make every effort to meet those needs. Priority will be given to the first 200 parents who respond with the attached form. Tutoring is offered on a first come, first serve basis. Please, return the detachable portion below to our main office by Thursday, January 15, OR complete the digital form by scanning the QR code.
Transportation is NOT provided for the tutoring program. Students will either need to live close enough to campus to walk home or be picked up by a parent or their designee. If students have any discipline issues, they will be excused from the program. Certified staff members are eager to assist our Eagles in improving their academic performance as we prepare for our year end state testing. We hope you will consider this opportunity!
